Rudiger’s Response to Kane’s Announcement About the Goals He’ll Score Against Madrid: ‘I’ll S…’
The German center-back didn’t hesitate to comment on the words of the British ‘number 9’.
Real Madrid is already focused on the first leg of the UEFA Champions League semifinals against Bayern Munich, which, as expected, will demand the best version of the Madrid team.
Carlo Ancelotti, as well as his players, know they must control all of Bayern’s offensive arsenal, with Harry Kane being their main ‘weapon,’ continuing to score goals and already ‘threatening’ the Merengues.
“Some, hopefully. I’m in good form and confident. If my team assists me as they have done all season, then I’ll be able to do it,” said the British forward in reference to the goals he expects to score against Real Madrid.
Antonio Rüdiger is well aware of this, as he will be tasked with marking him and didn’t hesitate to comment on the Englishman’s words.
“I’ll try to stop him and keep him at zero,” commented the German center-back to several teammates upon hearing from Harry Kane that he’ll score several goals in the Champions League tie against Real Madrid.
Antonio Rüdiger knows Bayern Munich’s ‘number 9’ very well, as they both coincided in the Premier League and played in several ‘London derbies,’ high-voltage duels that mostly ended in favor of the German defender.
