Toni Kroos Expresses Satisfaction With Real Madrid’s Start to the 2023/24 Season
Toni Kroos has shared a positive assessment of Real Madrid’s performance in the early stages of the 2023/24 season. Los Blancos entered the international break leading the La Liga table and their Champions League group, having secured two victories from two matches.
Despite the substantial changes that occurred at Real Madrid during the summer transfer window, the team has managed to maintain strong results consistently, enhancing their prospects of ending the season with at least one trophy.
However, one of the prevailing themes of the season has been the reduced playing time for some of the club’s veteran stars. Kroos, a former German international, expressed his contentment with the team’s performance and his own. He is eager to contribute more on a personal level, with Carlo Ancelotti indicating that he will receive more playing time as the season progresses and the schedule becomes more demanding.
Kroos stated, “I try to prepare in the best possible way to be able to play at the right level. I am happy with the team’s level and with mine. I hope we can continue like this. I feel good and I also have had more rest than I normally do.”
