Saudi Arabia Pushes Again for Vinicius as Al Ahli Emerges as Likely Destination
Following Real Madrid’s elimination from the Champions League, speculation around Vinicius Jr’s future has reignited—this time with Saudi Arabia once again making headlines.

According to TalkSport, “Officials from the Saudi Pro League remain determined to sign Vinicius Jr from Real Madrid for Al Ahli, while Al Nassr is now targeting Luis Díaz from Liverpool.”
This report confirms that Saudi Arabia continues to pursue Vinicius as one of its marquee transfer targets.

Vinicius Has Always Expressed His Love for Real Madrid
Despite outside interest, Vinicius Jr has consistently voiced his loyalty to Real Madrid. In January 2025, the Brazilian star said:

“I came here as a kid, just 18, full of dreams. I never imagined scoring so many goals in such a short time. Entering the club’s history is tough—so many legends have passed through. To be among them means a lot. I dreamed of it.”

After scoring his 100th goal for the club, he added:

“Reaching 100 goals and becoming part of Real Madrid’s history is hugely important for me and my family. After seven seasons and now at 24 years old, I hope to continue making history here for many more years.”

He also shared admiration for Cristiano Ronaldo:

“Cristiano scored 451 goals—more goals than matches. I’ve watched almost all of them. I’ve looked up to him since I was a child. Being alongside him and other greats is special. That number is far off, but I hope to score many more.”

He Reaffirmed His Intentions in March

Speaking again in March about his future, Vinicius said:

“I’m very calm. I have a contract until 2027, and I hope we can renew it soon. I’m happy here. I’m living my dream—playing with the best players, with the best coach, the best president, and the best fans. I couldn’t be in a better place.”

He also emphasized his desire to continue making history:

“I’m here to be part of this club’s legacy—to give back what the president and the club have given me. I hope to keep scoring goals and playing matches in this shirt. Now that I’ve already won and written part of my story, I want more. I want to become a legend here.”
