Mbappé’s First Major Investment in Madrid: €25 Million Residence
Real Madrid continues to work on finalizing the agreement with Kylian Mbappé, who could join the club as a free agent. Now, everything depends on the player and his circle, who are said to have already begun the necessary procedures to settle in Madrid.
The potential signing of Mbappé seems to be drawing closer. In addition to the “optimism” maintained by the Blancos executives since the beginning of 2024, the entourage of the Bondy attacker has reportedly started scouting the real estate market in the Spanish capital to find him a home.
Mbappé will be in Madrid for at least five years… and he already has a place to live. According to information shared by Eduardo Inda, Kylian Mbappé has set his sights on a house currently owned by Sergio Ramos.
The former Madrid center-back has two properties in La Moraleja. The one that has caught the attention of the Parisian striker “is the one he usually lives in when he is in Madrid, and his family lives there. It is the former residence of the former Central Bank president Alfonso Escámez, which sits on 15,000 square meters of land and has 3,000 square meters built.”
The director of ‘OKDiario’ says that Sergio Ramos would have no problem accepting this transaction. However, the operation will not come cheap. “Ramos has another plot of land where they would build another house if they sell this one to Mbappé. It would be a house that would cost around €25 million.” The final figure of the transaction between Sergio Ramos and Kylian Mbappé is surprising.
He has found the ideal place. But La Moraleja was not the first choice of the French forward. “Mbappé wants to live in La Finca because it is the safest place in Madrid. Meanwhile, Sergio Ramos has offered him to live in his house. Ramos has two in La Moraleja.”
Mbappé became interested in the larger one upon learning that “La Finca is far from the Sports City, while La Moraleja is a five-minute drive away.”
Thus, Kylian Mbappé seeks to find his place in Madrid shortly before a possible transfer to the entity led by Florentino Pérez. Negotiations are progressing as expected, and there are no obstacles that have caused a delay in the deadlines set by the Madrid roadmap. However, PSG’s close scrutiny, guided by FIFA regulations, will prevent the agreement from being made official until the end of the current season… if it happens at all.
