Here is the list of the world’s most valuable players, according to Transfermarkt: Real Madrid has 3 among the top 5 most expensive, and Barcelona only one
Kylian Mbappé, Vinícius Júnior and Jude Bellingham among elite names, while FC Barcelona have only Lamine Yamal in the top tier
Real Madrid can boast having three of the five most valuable players in world football, according to the latest market value update from Transfermarkt. Mbappé, Vinícius Júnior, and Jude Bellingham all feature in the global Top 5, while Barcelona are represented by just one player: Lamine Yamal. The list is completed by Erling Haaland of Manchester City.
€200 Million Club: Mbappé, Haaland and Yamal Lead the Rankings
Three players currently share the highest market value in the world at €200 million: Mbappé, Haaland, and Lamine Yamal. For all three, this figure represents the peak valuation of their careers so far.
Mbappé’s return to the €200 million mark is particularly noteworthy.

Mbappé Matches His Career High After Seven Years
The French superstar had not reached such a valuation since 2019, when he was just 20 years old playing for Paris Saint-Germain. Back then, he first hit the €200 million mark before dropping to €180 million and later to €160 million following his move to Real Madrid.
However, his recent performances have driven his market value back to its historic high.
As for Lamine Yamal, he has maintained his €200 million valuation since last summer. Given his age and rapid development, many believe he could soon top the ranking alone — were it not for Mbappé and Haaland, who have also recently regained their maximum valuations.
Vinícius and Bellingham Complete Madrid’s Strong Presence
Beyond the three joint leaders, Real Madrid strengthen their dominance with two more stars in the upper echelon.
- Vinícius Júnior: €150 million
- Jude Bellingham: €160 million
Both players have previously been valued even higher. Bellingham once reached €180 million, while Vinícius touched €200 million not long ago. Considering Vinícius’ recent surge in form, another rise before the season ends would not be surprising.
Slight Dip in Madrid’s Overall Dominance
A few months ago, Real Madrid’s grip on the rankings was even stronger, at one point occupying two-thirds of the Top 10. Now, only Mbappé, Bellingham, and Vinícius remain inside that elite group.
Just outside the Top 10 sits Federico Valverde in 11th place. Barcelona, meanwhile, add another name in sixth position: Pedri, valued at €140 million.
The remainder of the Top 10 includes:
- Jamal Musiala
- Michael Olise
- Bukayo Saka
- Cole Palmer
The next Madrid player on the list appears in 21st place: Arda Güler, valued at €90 million. Meanwhile, players such as Eduardo Camavinga and Rodrygo have experienced significant drops in valuation compared to previous peaks.
Despite a slight dip in overall numbers, Real Madrid remain the best-represented club at the very top of world football’s market value rankings.
