Former Madrid Figure Announces Swap: “Vinicius for Kvaratskhelia Exchange”

The latest to speak about the future of the Madrid squad is Manolo Romero, a former scout for the club, who made some surprising statements about Vinicius Jr.

“I wouldn’t mind exchanging Vinicius for Kvaratskhelia as long as the numbers add up. It would form a great forward line with Mbappé and Rodrygo,” commented the former Real Madrid employee on the El Bar program of Cadena Ser.

However, these weren’t his only words, as Romero elaborated further, clarifying his statements.

“Vinicius isn’t making good decisions on the field, he’s not playing well, and he’s covering it all up with goals. We need to talk to him, but in a different way. We need to sit him down in front of the screen, replay the Girona game 30 times, and tell him: this is the Vinicius we need. If you’re not going to be able to replicate this performance, then we’ll have to consider other options. They haven’t spoken to him in the right way. We need to intimidate him,” explained Manolo Romero.

Furthermore, the former scout of the Merengue team also highlighted a quality of the Napoli player.

“He needs to replicate the performance against Girona and stop fooling around. He won’t reach his potential because of his mindset, and if the deal is beneficial, I would exchange him for Kvaratskhelia, who also has more goal-scoring ability,” expressed Romero.
