Bayern Munich Interested in Real Madrid Midfielder Whose Contract is Expiring
With several out of contract players at Real Madrid, there is growing interest in the viable options available. While the likes of Toni Kroos and Luka Modric may prioritize continuing with the club, others like Mariano Diaz and Marco Asensio may have some interest behind them. However, one player who has recently impressed is Dani Ceballos, who has been carrying the torch in the midfield, alongside Vinicius Junior.
According to Relevo, Ceballos has caught the attention of Bayern Munich, particularly their coach Julian Nagelsmann, who believes the midfielder would combine well with Jamal Musiala and Joshua Kimmich. If Ceballos becomes available on a free, the Bavarian club would be eager to sign him. However, Ceballos is keen to establish himself at Real Madrid, and as of yet, Bayern’s interest has not become formal.
If negotiations between Ceballos and Real Madrid stall, Bayern will most likely attempt to sign the midfielder. Nonetheless, Real Madrid’s president Florentino Perez is a tough negotiator, and while this brings benefits, it may force the club to look for a replacement if negotiations fail.
