Barcelona Legend Carles Puyol Offers Advice to Real Madrid Star Vinicius Junior
Carles Puyol, an iconic captain of FC Barcelona, is renowned for his leadership on and off the pitch. Since his retirement, Puyol has shared words of wisdom with Real Madrid’s rising star, Vinicius Junior.
Vinicius was expected to take on a more prominent role at Real Madrid following Karim Benzema’s departure this summer. However, the Brazilian forward has struggled to find his form this season, partly due to adjusting to a new central role in the 4-4-2 system and the challenges posed by constant attention from opposing fans.
Puyol, wishing to help Vinicius realize his full potential, offered a piece of advice. He expressed in a SPORT interview:
