Deal Closed and Signed: Mbappé Is Now a New Player for Real Madrid
The story of the Parisian forward with the White Club seems to be entering its final chapters.
Kylian Mbappé’s journey has reached its conclusion, as the Frenchman will become a player for Real Madrid starting from next season, fulfilling his childhood dream.
The past few days have been tumultuous for the Parisian, who didn’t want to prolong this saga any further, hence his announcement to Nasser Al-Khelaïfi of his intention to renew his contract with PSG and leave at the end of this season.
Mbappé already hinted that the ending of this story would be unlike previous years, stating, “In 2022, I didn’t know my decision until May. If I knew what I wanted to do, I shouldn’t let the decision drag on. It wouldn’t make any sense.”
However, few expected the resolution to come so swiftly, especially given that PSG and Real Madrid are still competing in their respective leagues and in the UEFA Champions League.
The latest confirmation of the Parisian’s signing for the White Club came from Carlos Carpio, deputy director of ‘MARCA’, who even explained when this new agreement was sealed.
“Kylian Mbappé and Real Madrid have had a deal closed and signed for two weeks, by which, starting July 1st, the French forward will become a prominent player for the White team,” stated the journalist.
This information has only brought joy to the Madridistas, as the Bondy-born player will further enhance a dream team that will be obliged to contend for big things.
For now, it’s not official, but it might as well be, especially because no one dares to speak of a future for Kylian Mbappé that isn’t in white colors.
